Community Education
ACD conducts and participates in community education activities designed to educate politicians, professionals, student groups, and service providers about how they can improve services for families of children with disability.

Disability Awareness Training - “Working with Families”
ACD provides a training and information package to service delivery staff, managers and other service providers in the disability sector. This package, which can be tailor-made to suit any organisation, generally highlights issues that families contend with; how families can be involved as key stakeholders and practical advice and tips for workers and house managers in their day-to-day interactions with families.
